About This Scheme:
The Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (UP) is a major self-employment scheme run by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to help unemployed youth start their own business.
Objectives:
- Reduce unemployment
- Promote entrepreneurship
- Help youth become job creators instead of job seekers
Loan and Subsidy Details:
🏭 Manufacturing Sector
- Max project cost: ₹25 lakh
- Subsidy: Up to 25% (subject to limit)
🛠 Service Sector
- Max project cost: ₹10 lakh
- Subsidy: Up to 25%
💸 Margin Money (Your Contribution)
- General category: ~10% of project cost
- SC/ST/Women/Minorities: ~5%

Basic Requirements:
- Permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh
- Age: 18 to 40 years
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass
- Must be unemployed

- Already benefited from similar govt schemes
- Bank loan defaulter
- Running an existing large business
